Reset your password

To reset a lost password, please enter the email address you login with and then click on the retrieve button. You will be presented with 2 security questions to correctly answer. Click on Submit Request, and if you have your security question correctly, a new password will be emailed to the specified email address within a couple of minutes. If you have not setup your security questions, then you will need to contact the helpline.
